A little About Us
The Whiskey Creek Condo Association was started in 1994 and consists of 298 deeded lots. The association sits on the south side of Sippy road just across from Whiskey Creek Campground. Together we are situated on 1500 acres of hardwood forests and rolling meadows, surrounded by 22,000 acres of Manistee National Forest.
Our Condo Association has its own community building called R Place, with a full kitchen, bathrooms, pool table, covered porch with a propane grill, and a large meeting/dining hall. We also have a separate bath house, basketball court, horseshoes, shuffle board, volleyball, and a playground for the lil' Creekers. A community water system supplies water to a select group of units as well as the Bathhouse. The water system is seasonal and is operational between May 15 and the last Saturday in October with the bathhouse remaining open though the month of November. Because the system is prone to damages due to to freezing, weather may allow for earlier operation or force early closure of the system. Email notifications are send out to community with exceptions to these dates.
